Prayer is so important that we began building this prayer team before we even chose the name of this new church. We are rallying a team of 200 prayer partners for a new church plant in the Schertz, TX area (we have chosen a name now; the church will be called Revolution Church.)

We currently have 148 people on the Prayer Team.

Anytime a new church starts, there is a crazy level of spiritual warfare involved. We desire to build this Revolution Church on the foundation of prayer and strong relationships with Jesus. Having a dedicated team of 200 prayer partners will provide the strong support needed for this new adventure.

Joining the prayer team simply means signing up, receiving a regular email with our prayer needs and taking some time each week to pray for us. It’s that straightforward. Oh, and we understand that you are busy and probably already pray for many other people. That’s why we only send out prayer updates two times per month.

While we are being straightforward, let us say this: we honestly do not want you to sign up for this prayer team unless you are really going to pray. Too often prayer has been cheapened down to something we just throw around and say we’ll do. Then we don’t.
